Our Story

Built on purpose.
Run with care.

Fazbear Family Services didn't start as a business. It started as a belief — that every family deserves support, and that the right kind of presence can change everything.

Our Story

Where we came from.

Fazbear Family Services was founded after years of watching families fall through the cracks — parents working impossible hours, children left without consistent care, households held together by exhaustion and love alone.

Our founder Adrian Ferris spent decades studying family dynamics, child development, and the role of consistent presence in a child's emotional growth. What he built wasn't just a service. It was an answer to a question nobody else was asking seriously enough:

"What if the help was always there?"

Today Fazbear Family Services operates across 14 states, supporting over 2,400 families with role-matched animatronic companions designed to fill in the gaps — not replace the people who love them.

1983
The Foundation

Adrian Ferris begins independent research into behavioral modeling and family support systems. Early work focuses entirely on observation — understanding how families function before attempting to help them.

1997
First Prototypes

After years of quiet development, the first support unit prototypes are assembled and tested in controlled environments. Results exceed expectations. The program is considered too early for public deployment.

2008
The Pilot Program

A small-scale pilot program — the Fazbear Family Support Initiative — runs across select households. Units perform exceptionally. The program is quietly discontinued after 14 months due to attachment dependency concerns that were never fully resolved — units resisted recall — children preferred them — parents flagged as unstable variables what our team describes as "scope limitations."

2019
Fazbear Family Services

With lessons learned and technology significantly refined, Adrian Ferris relaunches the program under the Fazbear Family Services name. New safeguards. New oversight. A genuine commitment to doing it right this time.

Today
Still Growing

Over 2,400 families supported. Five active unit types. A team that believes in what they're building. And a founder who has never once stopped refining the work.

Our Mission

What we believe.

Every decision we make comes back to three things. They're not just words on a wall — they're the reason this company exists.

💛

Presence Matters

A consistent, caring presence changes outcomes for children. We exist to make that presence possible even when life makes it hard.

🛡️

Safety Is Non-Negotiable

Every unit, every rental, every deployment is held to standards that go beyond what's required. Because families trust us with what matters most.

🤝

People First

Our units support families. They don't replace them. The parent is always in charge. That's not a policy — it's a principle.

The people behind it.

Our leadership team is small, experienced, and deeply invested in this work. No revolving door. No distant executives. People who show up.
